PRESALE POLICIES
Presale purchases are not “In stock” pins.

Pre-sale pins are at-cost pins that help fund production. When production is completed, pre-sale buyers will be informed on when to expect their pin to ship.

BE ADVISED ‼️‼️

Pins can take 6 months - 12 months or longer to complete. This time frame varies based on size, LE & how detailed the design will be. Buyers are updated on a consistent basis when it comes to all things production related.

Once a presale spot has been paid for, I do not offer refunds. These costs go directly to paying for manufacturing these designs, along with paying the artist for their designs.

If a deposit is paid on a pin & the remaining balance is not paid in full by the due date, you will forfeit your deposit & lose your presale spot.

Also, if any chargebacks are filed after recieving your items or due to our no refund policy, you will be permanently blocked + banned for all future sales.

For those that may have encountered unfortunate situations with other creators & are wary of purchasing pre-sale, please feel free to comment on specific designs you like on our main IG page, that way we are able to keep you informed when the in-hand sales are available.

Giveaway Shipping:
USA - Free. International is at buyer's expense.
Any customs fees or vat fees for international buyers are paid at your own expense. If custom fees are not paid for & the items are returned to sender, it will be your responsibility to pay for an ADDITIONAL label.

Attention To All Customers:

Please make sure your address is correct, if we print a label & your address is incorrect after it has already been shipped, IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS.

Dusk Till Dawn Pins will not be responsible for any lost, broken, damaged or stolen mail by delivery carriers. Any issues with a product(s) will be reviewed on a case by case basis due to the limited LE of our designs.
