PRESALE POLICIES

• Once you are in a presale group, you are committing to that design. If you change your mind, you must do so at least 5 days before the presale date to allow time to fill the spot. If you are still in the group after that deadline, you are committed & a cancellation with result in a permanent ban. No future sales will be allowed. 

• Presales are NOT in hand pins. When buying a presale you are getting the product at cost to fund production. This means there will be a wait period while the pin is in production. This can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 10 months. Larger & more complex designs tend to take longer than simple desings. I post updates to my page & groups!

• Once a presale spot is paid for it is NON-REFUNDABLE!

• If a charge back is filed on any purchase, you will be blocked & banned permanently from my store.

• Desposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Failure to pay results in a shop ban & a forfeit of any deposits. By purchasing you are agreeing to this!

SHIPPING POLICIES

• I do NOT prepay VAT or any other import/country taxes. That is the responsibility of the buyer. If a pin is returned to me due to failure to claim or pay dues, it is the responsibility of the buyer to reach out & pay for another shipping label. 

• All pins are shipped via USPS. Once it leaves my possession, it is the postal services responsibilty. No returns, refunds or exchanges. 

• If anything arrives damaged or broken, you, as the buyer, must file a claim with USPS. If it's marked delivered but is missing, you must file a claim. I do not offer replacements due to the limited edition nature of my products.

CONTACT POLICIES

• If there are any issues with an order, DM me. I will do my best to resolve any issues. The best days to DM are weekends since I do have a full-time job during the week. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.
