Returns and refunds
All Sales Are Final
- All orders from our shop are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
No Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All funds go directly toward covering the cost of materials and production for our limited-edition inventory.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will review it on a case-by-case basis.
- Because our products are limited edition, we may not be able to replace damaged or lost items.
Shipping Issues
- Our shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
- Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other).
Chargebacks
- If a chargeback is placed against our shop, the customer will be banned from all future purchases and may be liable for any fees incurred by our shop due to the chargeback.
Final Note
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including that all sales are final and that our shop is not responsible for shipping-related issues.
