- These are estimates—sometimes packages take longer due to weather, holidays, or other delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- If something goes wrong, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or other) to file a claim.
- Because our products are limited edition, we may not be able to send replacements.
Address Accuracy:
- Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
International Orders:
- Delivery may take longer due to customs, import taxes, or local postal delays.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
Final Sale:
- All orders are sold as-is, final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that our shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen mail, or damage that occurs during shipping. Once a package leaves our hands, all shipping-related issues must be handled directly with the carrier. Because our products are limited edition, we may not be able to replace lost or damaged items.
